Its time to build your own plan for change.  The foundation for this process is in creating a start to your day to provides a focused approach to the morning an the balance of the day.  Proper planning makes all the difference between success and the same old daily battle.

These documents can be used as examples of creating your own Miracle Morning plan.

The important point is to set and standardize a routine that creates a new normal for you.  It is by living inline with consistent practices we build the necessary habits and behaviors to bring about positive results.

KM 10 Miracle Morning Alt A second example of miracle morning plan.  This is a brief 10 minute plan to be used on those days when a full routine is not possible.  Please do not use this as a substitute when you hit the snooze button too many times!

If you have travel needs, work needs, personal or other needs, this can provide much of the same benefits as a short term (1 or 2 days) fix to keep you on track as much as possible.

This plan too is fully customizable for your particular circumstances.  Remember, this whole process is about you and how you can get started and maintain your overall plan for change.
